Los Angeles radio station Indie 103.1 launched its take on the holiday concert with the first "Wreck the Halls" show at the new Club Nokia on Wednesday (12/10) night. Performing to a nearly sold out crowd, the lineup included The Pretenders [ tickets ], Bloc Party [ tickets ], Black Kids and CSS [ tickets ], aka Cansei de Ser Sexy.

Station music director Mark Sovel told the LA Times that "each of these are bands we'd like to do an entire show around, so having them all on the same lineup was amazing, and getting The Pretenders was miraculous."
