Kelly Clarkson fills out summer run

Kelly Clarkson has added a handful of performances to her summer schedule behind her chart-topping spring release, "All I Ever Wanted."

Since last check, the first "American Idol" winner has tacked on four new gigs to her upcoming US run: July 3 in Indio, CA; July 23 in Costa Mesa, CA; Aug. 7 in Clearfield, PA, and Aug. 30 in Saint Paul, MN. The outing, which consists of mostly fairground appearances, begins June 11 in Orem, UT, and wraps up Sept. 12 in Allegan, MI. The full schedule is below.

Clarkson's fourth studio album, "All I Ever Wanted," debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 when it surfaced in March. The record's first two singles--"My Life Would Suck Without You" and "I Do Not Hook Up"--have spent time on the Billboard Hot 100 and the magazine's Hot 100 Airplay chart, respectively.

Recently, the songstress participated in the Grammy Celebration Concert Tour presented by T-Mobile Sidekick. The second-annual trek paired up Grammy nominees with Grammy winners for intimate performances in five major cities. Clarkson, who won a Grammy in 2006 for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for "Since U Been Gone," joined current Grammy nominee Lady GaGa for a May 4 show at Boston's House of Blues. Lady GaGa and collaborator Colby O'Donis are nominated for Best Dance Recording for the chart-topping single, "Just Dance."
