Ten-time Grammy Award-winner Emmylou Harris has planned an extensive North American tour of theaters and outdoor venues in support of her forthcoming collection, "Emmylou Harris Anthology: The Warner/Reprise Years."
The tour kicks off on June 18 in Salt Lake City, and is slated to visit a variety of small markets before winding up in Fort Collins, Colo., according to Harris' official website.
Rhino Records will honor the folk/country singer’s 30-year career on May 8 with the release of "Emmylou Harris Anthology: The Warner/Reprise Years," a two-CD, 45-song collection. It will include rarities, as well as the tracks "Driving Wheel," "Pledging My Love," "Rhythm Guitar" and "Timberline," tracks which previously were only released as imports.
Earlier this year, Harris won a Grammy in the Best Contemporary Folk Album category for her album "Red Dirt Girl" (Nonesuch/Atlantic).
