Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor will appear on the syndicated radio program "Rockline" tonight (1/28).

According to NME.com, " Beck has entered [a San Francisco] studio with Dan 'The Automator' Nakamura to work on material for the follow-up to 'Midnite Vultures'."

ABBA will release its first DVD/video, "The Winner Takes It All," on Feb. 26. It will include performances and interviews.

Online music company Pressplay has announced a licensing agreement with TVT Records (Sevendust, XTC).

Pop impresario Lou Pearlman (Backstreet Boys, 'NSync) "plans to create musical acts based on two cartoon bands, The Archies and Josie and the Pussycats," the Associated Press reported.

Reuters reported that General Motors paid Chumbawamba 70,000 pounds ($98,840) for the right to use the band's song "Pass It Along" in advertisements, and that the band planned to give half the money to activist group CorpWatch, which according to the organization's executive director, plans "on using some of the money to document some of the social and environmental impacts of General Motors itself.''
