Limp Bizkit has canceled planned tour stops in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines, citing terrorism concerns.

The U.S. State Department has issued recent warnings about possible terrorist plots in Southeast Asia.

The rock group's dates in South Korea and Japan are set to go on as scheduled.

After slipping to No. 4 during its second week in stores, Jay-Z 's "The Black Album" has returned to the top of The Billboard 200 album chart, selling 260,000 copies during its most recent week in stores, according to industry sources.

The No Doubt compilation "The Singles 1992-2003" sold about 253,000 during its debut week to enter the chart at No. 2. Last week's top seller, Britney Spears' "In the Zone," falls to No. 3.

Hilary Duff's "Metamorphosis" jumps from No. 18 to No. 4, apparently on the strength of her appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The hits compilation "NOW That's What I Call Music! Vol. 14" rounds out the Top 5.

J Records reports that it has received more than 1.3 million pre-orders from retailers for "Soulful," the debut album from "American Idol" winner Ruben Studdard . The album is set for release on Dec. 9.

Justin Guarini , the 2001 "American Idol" runner-up, reportedly has been dropped by RCA Records due to disappointing album sales.

A spring 2005 opening is planned for "All Shook Up," a musical commission by Elvis Presley 's estate that will feature many of Presley's well-known songs. The musical, set in the mid-'50s, won't be about Presley; the plot instead revolves around the arrival in a U.S. town of a magical jukebox and a stranger.
