Aerosmith has fleshed out the rest of the itinerary for its upcoming tour behind a new album that lands in stores next month.
The group, which earlier this week had confirmed venues for about half the run, has now penciled in venues for all but one stop. Details appear in the itinerary below.
The outing kicks off in Lubbock, TX, on March 11, and is currently scheduled to run through late June. Tickets for a number of dates are on sale now, and members of the band's official fan club--Aero Force One--have access to pre-sale tickets. Details are posted at the fan-club's website.
Joining Aerosmith on the upcoming road trip are fellow rock vets Cheap Trick , whose most-recent release is last July's "Special One." The album is the group's first new studio set since 1997.
Aerosmith's new album, "Honkin' on Bobo," hits shelves on March 30. The Aero Force One website describes the set as "the band's return to its roots" and "a hard driving gritty collection of tracks unmistakably Aerosmith, and brim with interpreted covers of blues greats such as Muddy Waters, Fisher/Hopkins and Blind Willie McTell.
