
Rockers 3 Doors Down have launched the Better Life Foundation, a charity to benefit children and young adults with special needs.

Jazz drummer Elvin Jones , best known as a member of John Coltrane 's quartet, reportedly died of heart failure at a New Jersey hospital on Tuesday (5/18). He was 76.
After his stint with Coltrane--which made him one of jazz music's most famous drummers--Jones embarked on a lengthy solo career, and continued to perform concerts until shortly before his death.
