After dropping out of the No. 1 slot for a week, Usher [ tickets ]'s "Confessions" has once again returned to No. 1 on The Billboard 200 album chart. The set has now logged nine weeks at No. 1.

Usher's set supplants Avril Lavigne [ tickets ]'s "Under My Skin," which falls to No. 2 in its second week in stores, according to Billboard. Gretchen Wilson's "Here for the Party" climbs one spot to No. 3, and Prince [ tickets ]'s "Musicology" jumps from No. 8 to No. 4.

Slipknot's "Vol 3: The Subliminal Verses" falls three places to No. 5.

Comic and actor George Lopez will host the Latin Grammys for the second straight year, the Latin Recording Academy announced.

The show takes place on Sept. 1 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, and will air live on CBS. Nominations will be announced July 14.
