Singer/songwriter Ari Hest will spend the remainder of the year tackling an itinerary that includes a mix of headlining performances and dates supporting a variety of artists.
Hest's roadwork resumes with a Nov. 9 solo-acoustic performance in Ann Arbor, MI, followed by a handful of appearances with O.A.R., all of which are set on college campuses.
A string of November and December headlining shows follow, most of which feature Keri Noble in the opening slot.
Mixed in are opening sets for Edwin McCain, Martin Sexton and Keller Williams, as well as an appearance at a Nov. 19 event dubbed Writers in the Raw, a New Jersey show that will also feature Patti Scialfa (wife of Bruce Springsteen), Kevin Bacon and David Mead.
Details are shown in the itinerary below.
Hest is touring in support of his Columbia Records debut, "Someone to Tell, which surfaced in August. The set features a mix of new songs and revamped material that originally appeared on his self-released 2002 set, "Story After Story."
"Someone to Tell" features Hest's latest single, "They're On to Me," one of several tracks streaming at Hest's website.
