Howie Day continues to roll out dates for his in-progress summer tour, a run that backs his sophomore album, "Stop All the World Now."
New to Day's itinerary are a number of July dates, as well his first batch of August shows. His roadwork features a mix of co-headlining dates with Gavin DeGraw (with support from Michael Tolcher or Missy Higgins) and festival shows, as well as headlining dates, the majority of which feature Anna Nalick in the opening slot. Details are included in the itinerary below.
Originally released in 2003, "Stop All the World Now" was reissued last month in DualDisc format; the new version includes the original album, as well as DVD content such as studio footage, live performances and three music videos, including the clip for the album's hit single "Collide."
The new DualDisc is actually the album's third incarnation; last November, Epic released the set as a limited-edition CD that included four bonus tracks.
Fans who purchased one of the album's non-DualDisc versions can use the CD to access some of the DualDisc's video content via Day's website.
"Stop All the World Now" was recently certified gold, signifying U.S. shipment of 500,000 copies. The set includes the Top 10 hit "Collide," which has been used in several television shows, including "Scrubs," "Summerland" and "Third Watch."
