Brett Dennen

Brett Dennen has been steadily gaining ground since releasing his self-titled debut in 2004. Since then, the California-based singer/songwriter has toured the US with the likes of John Mayer, and has collaborated with Jason Mraz on the song "Long Road to Forgiveness," which appears on the Survival International charity album "Songs for Survival."

Dennen's third studio album, "Hope For the Hopeless," emerged last fall. The set--which features an appearance by afro-beat star Femi Kuti on the first track, "Make You Crazy"--debuted at No. 41 on The Billboard 200, Dennen's highest chart appearance so far.

"Hope for the Hopeless" follows 2006's "So Much More." Dennen also released a live EP, "(More) So Much More," in 2007.
